Who We Are

CITA H-2A was formed in 2007 as a non-profit organization and transformed into an LLC in 2016 with the primary goal of helping restore America’s agricultural workforce.

“One farm and one worker at a time”.

We are descendants of farmers and have managed government and other programs dedicated solely to farmers and their employees.

Our mission is to help rural farm working families and their employees prosper as they feed our nation and the world.

The federal H-2A program allows farmers to bring seasonal or temporary guest workers into their farms to work any stage of crop and animal care not requiring a year-round presence.

CITA H-2A helps farmers and their workers through the government permission process, running alongside the business to ensure the program is a help and not a hindrance to everyone concerned.
